What this board is

One job board for one industry. Every listing here is a data center role — white space and grey space, construction through commissioning through day-two operations. Nothing else is mixed in, because nothing else is collected.

That makes it small and specific rather than large and general. Today it holds 591 open roles from 20 employers. Listings come from employers' public careers feeds and are refreshed every few hours.

Why not just use a general job board

General boards do list data center work. The problem is finding it: a search for "technician" returns retail, automotive and IT helpdesk roles alongside the critical-facilities job you wanted, and the filters cannot tell them apart because they were not built to.

What it costs you: nothing

The candidate side of this board is free, and that is not a trial. There is no paid tier for job seekers, no account to create, and no résumé to upload — this site has no candidate login at all. The board is funded by employer listings, not by job seekers.

Two things worth knowing before you start

Most employers do not publish pay in their listings, so most roles here show no salary. The salary guide gives ranges by experience and market, but it is editorial — always confirm the figure on the employer's own posting.

And this board is new enough to be honest about its size: 20 employers, 591 roles, growing as more employers post. If the role you want is not here this week, job alerts are the cheapest way to hear about it when it is.

Where the jobs are

The biggest concentration is Northern Virginia, followed by Texas, Oregon, Ohio, Maryland, Washington, Mississippi and Arizona, with openings across many more states. A large share of hyperscaler roles are posted as multi-site or "multiple locations" requisitions, so it is worth checking a role even when the city is not named.
