Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate our job board:
- Job Alert Subscriptions: Email address, role preferences, location preferences
- Employer Job Submissions: Company name, company website, contact name, contact email, job details, payment information (processed by Stripe)
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 tracks page views, search queries, and engagement metrics anonymously
- Email: Name, email address and message content when you email us
Cookies and Browser Storage
We use the following cookies and browser storage:
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics tracking (2 years)
- Stripe cookies — Payment processing (managed by Stripe, see their privacy policy)
- Job posting draft — when you continue to checkout, your job posting form entries are kept in your browser's session storage so they are still there if you cancel. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab or complete payment.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers listed above and when required by law.
Data Retention
- Job alert subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
- Employer submissions: 90 days after listing expiry
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- Emails you send us: 12 months
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, unsubscribe, data portability, and object to processing. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.

Security
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store credit card information. Access to employer data is restricted.
